The ESD device caster wheel with back hole 650 from Blickle is characterized by a high load capacity of 125 kg and comprehensive adaptation to technical requirements. The housing of the LRA series is made of galvanically galvanized sheet steel, blue passivated and Cr6-free, which guarantees a long service life and minimal swivel bearing play. The double ball bearing in the swivel head allows for smooth running.The wheel of the TPA series consists of a high-quality polypropylene wheel body and a tread made of thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE), which has a hardness of 85 Shore A and is non-marking and oil-containing. This combination offers very high chemical resistance and a temperature resistance from -20 °C to +60 °C, with reduced load capacity above +30 °C.
The caster meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, is conductive, and offers a static load capacity of 125 kg. With a wheel diameter of 75 mm, a total height of 98 mm, and an offset of 29 mm, this model is ideal for use in ESD-sensitive areas. The caster is unbraked and has a back hole of 11 mm diameter for easy attachment.
