ESD Light duty swivel castor with top plate, load capacity 75 kg

The ESD device caster wheel with top plate 650 from Blickle is a high-quality solution for technical applications where electrostatic discharge according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 is required. The housing of the LPA series is made of galvanically zinc-plated and blue passivated sheet steel, which is Cr6-free, and offers a smooth operation and a long lifespan due to the double ball bearing in the swivel head, a stable center bolt, and minimal swivel head play.
The wheel of the TPA series features a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A and is oily as well as non-marking. The wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene ensures additional stability.
The caster is characterized by very high chemical resistance and a temperature resistance from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C. With a static load capacity of 75 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 30 kg, with a wheel diameter of 50 mm and an overall height of 71 mm, this unbraked device caster wheel is ideally suited for use in sensitive areas.
