The ESD swivel casters with mounting plate - "stop-fix" 600 from Blickle offer an optimal solution for transporting heavy loads up to 175 kg. The housing made of galvanically zinc-plated and blue passivated sheet steel is Cr6-free and guarantees a smooth operation and a high lifespan due to the double ball bearing in the swivel head and the special dynamic Blickle riveting. The swivel head seal minimizes the swivel head play and contributes to durability.The wheel of the TPA series consists of a high-quality polypropylene wheel body and a tread made of thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE), which has a hardness of 85 Shore A and is non-marking and oil-resistant. These casters are ESD-compliant according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offer high chemical resistance as well as temperature resistance from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
Additional technical specifications include a wheel width of 32 mm, an overall height of 125 mm, and a wheel diameter of 100 mm. Mounting is done using a mounting plate measuring 100 x 85 mm. The caster is braked, which provides additional safety during the transport of heavy loads. The weight of the caster is 700 g, and it is suitable for use in environments with special requirements for electrostatics.
