Multifunction module KL-SCBSN

The multifunction module KL-SCBSN from Kilews is specifically designed for use with various Kilews electric screwdrivers, including the models SKD-BN200, SKD-BN500, SKD-BN7000, SKD-BN800, SKD-BK900, and SKD-RBN/RBK. It serves as an intermediate module that is installed between the screwdriver and the power supply to enable advanced control functions.
The main functions of the module include an adjustable soft start from 0.1 to 9.9 seconds, with speed adjustable between 30% and 100%. This allows for precise control over the start-up process. Additionally, the module offers an adjustable screwing time, which automatically stops the screwdriver once the preset time has elapsed, which is particularly useful for ensuring consistent screw depth.
Other technical features include output signals for clockwise, counterclockwise rotation, and shut-off at a voltage of 24V DC and a current of 200mA. The module can also be integrated into higher-level control systems via an I/O interface and supports external start commands for the screwdriver, such as through a foot switch.
This module is an indispensable tool for precise assembly work and enables efficient and controlled use of Kilews electric screwdrivers.
