The portable Charged Plate Monitor Desco 19494 is a precise, handy measuring instrument specifically designed for checking the offset voltage and discharge times of air ionizers. This device is designed according to the standards ANSI/ESD SP3.3 and ESD TR53, offering measurement ranges from ±1000 V to ±100 V.
