SRM Mini Probe 410 for SRM 110 / SRM 200

The SRM Mini Probe 410 is a highly specialized electrode, designed for precise point-to-point resistance measurements in small packaging. This model allows for the verification of specific requirements throughout the entire process chain and is specifically designed for use with the surface resistance meters SRM 110 or SRM 200. The electrode is attachable and enables measurements even in hard-to-reach recesses such as deep-draw trays.
The SRM Mini Probe 410 features spring-loaded electrode pins that ensure uniform pressure (spring force approximately 3.5 N), and a conductive contact rubber with a resistance of less than 20 Ohms and a hardness of 55 Shore A. The total resistance of the electrode on a metal plate is below 500 Ω, with an electrode distance of 6.4 mm. Connection is made via a 4 mm banana plug.
It is recommended to calibrate the electrode every 24 months or according to the test equipment list to always ensure accurate measurement results.
