Spannfix Vario

The SPANNFIX Vario system offers flexible clamping solutions for precise work on electronic assemblies. The steplessly adjustable ball joint allows precise alignment of the workpiece and supports ergonomic working during assembly and soldering processes.

The ESD-compliant versions meet the requirements of DIN EN 61340-5-1 and are intended for use in electrostatically protected areas (EPA). They enable controlled dissipation of electrostatic charges and thus help to prevent uncontrolled discharges from sensitive electronic components.

In conjunction with the ESD PCB holder, a clamping width of up to 270 mm can be achieved - ideal for PCBs and similar workpieces. Accessories such as quick-turn devices, earthing cables and various fastening solutions allow the system to be adapted to suit different workplace requirements
