Magnifiers

Magnifiers are used in electronics manufacturing for the precise inspection of components and circuit boards. They enable detailed inspection of solder joints, SMD components, and conductor tracks that are difficult to see with the naked eye. Available models offer different magnification factors, adapted to various inspection requirements.

For longer periods of use, magnifying glasses with eyeglass or head mounts are available, as well as those with stands that allow hands-free working. The integrated lighting ensures uniform, shadow-free illumination of the inspection areas.

A special variant is digital handheld magnifier Cam BETA (Cam β). is a special feature. It enables dimensioning and simple measuring using a calibrated grid or virtual measuring lines. The caliper is used to measure distances between parallel lines on the X and Y axes. It can be connected to an HDMI monitor for live display of the image. The handheld magnifier can also store up to 20,000 images in its internal memory so that they can be downloaded to a PC later if required.
