Torque screwdriver set TorqueVario-S Micro ESD, 14 pcs.

Working on electronic components carries the risk of destroying them through electrostatic discharge. The TorqueVario®-S ESD torque screwdriver set solves this problem. The ESD torque screwdriver, manufactured according to IEC 61340-5-1, provides maximum protection for electronic components. The dissipative handle with a surface resistance of 10^6 - 10^9 Ohm safely dissipates electrostatic energy. The torque screwdriver allows for controlled screw tightening, with an adjustable torque range. An audible and tactile signal upon triggering ensures process-reliable work and protects against material damage. With a release accuracy of +/- 6%, the tool meets DIN EN ISO 6789 standards. The set includes a bit holder for 1/4" bits and comes in a sturdy metal box with a factory test protocol.

The TorqueVario®-S torque screwdriver set offers the right twist for process reliability. The tool set contains an ergonomically shaped torque screwdriver handle with integrated numerical scale, 10 standard bits for all applications, a bit holder and the setting tool. All components are practically and clearly arranged in a high-quality, sturdy box. The torque screwdriver covers a wide range of applications with different variably adjustable torque ranges. A clearly audible and tactile signal when the torque is released ensures a reliable torque mechanism that protects against material damage and reworking. With a triggering accuracy of +/- 6%, the torque tool meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789.
