Off-cut remover 2.3 mm

The Piergiacomi 2.3 mm residual stress separator is a manual cutting tool specifically designed for the fast and economical separation of outline-milled utility circuit boards. This tool allows for safe separation with clean cut edges, where the maximum length of the joint should not exceed 3 mm. The blade width is 2.3 mm, and the maximum cutting force is 7 kg, ensuring efficient handling.
The maximum thickness of the circuit boards to be separated should not exceed 1.6 mm. Additionally, the device is available in an ESD version, meaning it has dissipative properties and is thus suitable for use in ESD-sensitive areas. The conductivity of the tool is conductive, offering additional safety in the processing of electronic components.
