Diagonal cutting pliers Micro 612N

The Weller Erem Micro 612N side cutter is a high-precision tool specifically designed for use in microelectronics. This side cutter features an oval head and is ideally suited for universal cutting tasks at easily accessible locations. The integrated, double self-locking screw joints provide an extremely large range of motion and minimize wear, while the patented opening system invisibly integrates the springs, increasing longevity and reducing the risk of injury.
The ESD-safe standard handles meet the MIL standard with a transition resistance between 10^5 and 10^9 Ohm. Another safety feature is the Stop! limiting system, which prevents the crossing of the blades, thus eliminating damage. An optional wire holder is available that protects against injuries and damage from uncontrolled cut-off cutting debris.
The blades are available in various designs, from a small to a large bevel for universal use on hard and very hard steel wires, as well as a design without a bevel for a flush cut on soft materials such as copper wire and cable. Made from high-quality tool steel with a head thickness of 6 mm and a blade length of 7.62 mm, this side cutter offers excellent cutting performance and durability.

Erem ESD Micro diagonal cutting pliers series 600

The Weller Erem 600 Micro series is a range of the smallest precision cutting pliers with a variety of head shapes for access in hard-to-reach areas. These micro cutters are suitable for SMD and leads (670EP, 670EPF). The cutting pliers are manufactured from high quality tool steel with cutting edges hardened to 63-65 HRc. The precision cutting pliers have a non-reflective surface, are ESD-safe and can be resharpened.
