ESD diagonal cutting pliers 8247

Discover the high-quality ESD side cutters 8247 by Lindström, ideal for precise and safe cutting tasks. These side cutters are specifically designed for use with copper wire and are characterized by their high-performance steel alloy and burnished surface, which ensure durability and robustness.
The cutting edges are induction-hardened with a hardness of 63-65 HrC and precision-ground, which, along with the friction-reducing screw connection, enables precise cuts. The special 45° angled tip and the long jaw length of 18 mm facilitate work in hard-to-reach places.
The ESD-safe handles made from synthetic material are equipped with a spring opening, which increases comfort and enhances safety. The side cutters are 117.5 mm long, weigh 51 g, and have a head width of 10 mm as well as a head thickness of 6 mm.
Thanks to the conductive properties, these tools are excellently suited for electronics work, particularly for assembly and rework on circuit boards.

With ESD-safe handles made of synthetic material and an optional opening spring for maximum comfort and safety.
The specified cutting capacity applies specifically to copper wire. Manufactured from a high-performance steel alloy and with precision-ground cutting edges, the diagonal cutting pliers guarantee a particularly long service life and a clean cut. The induction-hardened cutting edges with 63-65 HrC ensure maximum hardness and robustness. They are equipped with a friction-reducing screw connection, which increases the line accuracy of the cutting edges and therefore ensures precise cuts. They are particularly suitable for working on wire harnesses, for assembly tasks on PCBs or generally for working in hard-to-reach areas.
The 'CO' version also offers antistatic, conductive handles for additional safety.
