N2 nitrogen generator FX 780

The HAKKO N2 Nitrogen Generator FX 780 is specifically designed to enhance soldering results by using nitrogen as a shielding gas. This shielding gas displaces oxygen from the environment of the soldering process, thereby reducing the oxidation of the molten solder and the surfaces of components and circuit boards to be soldered. HAKKO N2 system

Nitrogen is used as a protective gas to improve soldering results. A protective gas displaces oxygen, thereby reducing oxidation of the liquid solder and the surfaces of the components and circuit boards to be soldered.

HAKKO's N2 system includes the FX 780 N2 generators for normal capacities and the FX 781 for large capacities (2 soldering irons), as well as the FX 971 N2 flow meter for the N2 soldering iron.
