The KNIPEX automatic wire stripping pliers are specifically designed for the precise processing of conductors with diameters of 0.5 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.6 mm, and 2.0 mm. This high-quality tool features replaceable blades that are adaptable for both four different diameters and six different cross-sections. The precisely ground form blades ensure gentle stripping without damaging the fine-stranded wires.
Additionally, clamping jaws are integrated, which securely fix the wire during the stripping process. An adjustable length stop allows for consistent stripping lengths, ideal for batch work. A pressure spring automatically returns the pliers to the starting position after use, which facilitates handling.
With a length of 180 mm, a width of 74 mm, and a height of 19 mm, the pliers weigh 357 g. The painted material offers additional robustness and durability. Although the pliers are not ESD-safe, they provide efficient and reliable performance for standard applications in the electrical and electronic fields.
