The high-precision stripping machine ST215 is an advanced solution for the precise stripping of cables of various types, including coaxial, micro-coaxial cables, and those with Kapton, silicone, Teflon, or glass insulations. This machine ensures that each cable is perfectly aligned with the blades through an integrated, continuously adjustable centering device, which delivers precise and repeatable results and effectively protects sensitive conductors, dielectrics, and shields from damage.
The operation of the machine is efficient and intuitive, with a calibrated scale for quick adjustment to new diameters and a length stop with a highly sensitive sensor that automatically triggers the stripping cycle. The machine can operate in both left and right rotations, making it suitable for different cable constructions.
Technical specifications include a conductor diameter from 0.025 mm to 2.0 mm (12 – 50 AWG), a maximum cable outer diameter of 2.5 mm, a stripping length of up to 13 mm, and an adjustable cutting speed. The machine features a resolution for diameter and length, a blow nozzle for cable remnants, and requires a power supply of 100 - 230 VAC and compressed air for cleaning at 5 to 12 Bar.
