Thermal stripping tool FT 802

The HAKKO FT 802 Thermal Insulation Device combines high-quality craftsmanship with technical precision and is specifically designed for demanding industries such as medical and aerospace technology. Thanks to its ability to precisely process even the finest wires (up to AWG 38) without damaging the cable structure, this device sets new standards in the quality of stripping.
The integrated performance display allows for precise adjustment in 5% increments to set the optimal temperature for a variety of materials such as PVC, PE, PA, PVDF, ETFE, SI, and PTFE. The user-friendly display shows important operating conditions such as the achieved temperature and the activation of the Auto-Sleep mode.
The stripping handpiece and the station of the FT 802 are characterized by a compact design with dimensions of 76 x 159 x 161 mm and a low weight of 1.6 kg for the station and 47 g for the handpiece. The device comes complete with a stripping handpiece, an integrated tool tray, necessary screws and keys, a power cable, and an instruction manual. The blade inserts can be easily replaced without having to replace the entire tool, saving time and costs.
