ESD tweezers with exchangeable tip 2ACFR.SA

The ESD tweezer with interchangeable tip 2ACFR.SA from ideal-tek is specifically designed for handling sensitive components such as glass and ceramic substrates where scratch resistance is essential. It is particularly suitable for use in micromechanics, electronics assembly, and laboratories.
The tweezer is made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (PA66/CF30), known for its excellent wear and abrasion resistance. This material offers high mechanical strength and toughness as well as very high stiffness. Additionally, the tweezer is heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and has a maximum temperature resistance of 190°C for short periods. The surface resistance is 10² Ω, according to ASTM D 785.
The tweezer has a straight, smooth plastic tip that is very fine and rounded. The tip length is 25 mm with a total length of 130 mm. The interchangeable tips are easily replaceable, increasing flexibility. Despite its robustness, the tweezer is lightweight and easy to handle, weighing only 17.5 g.
Note that the product is not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam. This high-quality tool combines precision with durability and safety, ideal for technical applications where electrostatic discharge poses a risk.
