Problem with other safety shoes according to Baak

Conventional safety shoes have a major problem. Due to a design flaw in the commonly used straight toe caps, your toes bend unnaturally in a straight line. But what does your foot look like? This straight bend line does not fit your foot and prevents the two small toes from being integrated into the walking movement. Yet they are indispensable for the function and stability of the foot.

In addition, the other three toes are overloaded, which also has a negative effect. The natural movement of the foot is severely restricted.

Baak's solution

The patented Go&Relax system solves this problem. This creates a diagonal bending line that corresponds to the natural movement of the foot. All 5 toes are integrated when rolling.

The strain when walking is thus distributed across the tendons, muscles, and joints. This allows the foot, as the foundation of the body, to once again reach its full potential.

Baak has developed a midsole material created through co-polymerization that outperforms conventional EVA solutions in terms of cushioning, resilience, and durability. It returns over 60% of the energy when you step on it, relieves pressure on the joints, and remains more dimensionally stable and effective than ETPU even after 100,000 impacts.

BAAK NeoShield

BAAK NeoShield is an innovative, 100% recycled penetration protection that is significantly lighter and thinner than conventional textile materials, with a thickness of only 3.8 mm and a weight of 40 g. It exceeds the requirements of the current EN standard by almost 20% and, thanks to its flexibility, softness, and high moisture absorption, offers noticeably more comfort and dry feet.
