HEUTE Maschinenfabrik was founded in 1905. Forty years later, the first shoe polishing machine went into series production. Today, the product range is very diverse, ranging from classic shoe polishing machines to sole cleaning systems, hygiene sluices, and special cleaning systems for industry.

Special features of the HEUTE products

All dry cleaning systems in the Solamat series are characterized by their compact design. The round belt drive ensures pulling power and smooth running. The powerful, robust motors ensure that the shoes of over 20 people per hour can be cleaned. The brushed-off dirt falls into the collection drawer under the brushes.

Models

Solamat 90 –solid and compact dry cleaning system

The stable sole cleaning machine Solamat 90 uses four counter-rotating roller brushes to clean the soles from below and two rotating round brushes on the sides to clean the edges of the soles. The ergonomically curved handrail provides a firm hold during cleaning.








Solamat 100 – compact dry cleaning system for soles and uppers

The sole cleaning machine Solamat 100 cleans the soles with four roller brushes and the edges of the soles with two lateral brushes. The upper leather brush also cleans the uppers.







Solamat 200 - compact dry cleaning system with suction

The sole cleaning machine Solamat 200 cleans the soles with four roller brushes and the edges of the soles with two lateral brushes. The upper leather brush also cleans the upper shoe. In addition, the Solamat 200 has a suction and filter device in the housing structure.
