Wera’s electrostatically protected Micro screwdrivers were developed specifically for working on sensitive electronic components. They provide reliable protection against electrostatic discharge while enabling precise and ergonomic work. The precision zone

The precision zone directly above the shaft gives the user a good feel for the correct rotation angle during adjustment work.

The power zone

The power zone with integrated soft zones following the precision zone ensures the transmission of high loosening and tightening torques without losing contact with the screw.

The quick-turn zone

The quick-turn zone below the rotating cap enables lightning-fast twisting.

Bit systems – bits and bit holders

Bits and bit holders are indispensable tools for precise screwdriving in assembly, manufacturing, and electronics. They enable quick changes between different screw profiles and ensure reliable force transmission. In ESD-protected areas, special conductive versions are used to reliably protect sensitive components from electrostatic discharge.

Torque screwdriver 7400 ESD / 7411 ESD

Die ESD-Drehmomentschraubendreher 7400 und 7411 ermöglichen präzises und kontrolliertes Verschrauben in elektrostatisch sensiblen Bereichen. Das gewünschte Drehmoment lässt sich einfach und ohne zusätzliches Werkzeug einstellen. Dank Rapidaptor-Schnellwechselfutter können Bits besonders schnell gewechselt werden, was effizientes Arbeiten unterstützt.

Torque screwdriver 1460 ESD

Der Drehmomentschrauber 1460 ESD ist für präzise Feinverschraubungen an empfindlichen elektronischen Komponenten konzipiert. Das Drehmoment wird werkseitig fest eingestellt und sorgt für eine konstant hohe Wiederholgenauigkeit. Beim Erreichen des voreingestellten Drehmoments erfolgt ein deutlich hör- und spürbares Überrasten.
