Screw separating unit NSR - Quicher/Ohtake

The NSR series exposes screws so that they can be removed, for example, in a screwdriving robot with a screwdriver (e.g. with vacuum attachment).

  • Screw types: metric, imperial and self-tapping screws
  • Compatibility: Also suitable for screws with washers or spring washers
  • Speed: Processing of up to 2 screws per second
  • Max. thread length: 20 mm
  • Adjustable functions: Vibration strength & bit guidance for precise positioning
  • Modularity: Interchangeable feed rails (type NSR)
