ESD Swivel castor with bolt hole - "stop-fix" 600, load capacity 200 kg

The ESD swivel casters with back hole "stop-fix" 600 from Blickle are characterized by a high load capacity of up to 200 kg and conform to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The housing of the LER series is made of galvanically galvanized sheet steel, is blue passivated and Cr6-free. The double ball bearing in the swivel head and a stable center bolt guarantee minimal swivel head play and ensure smooth running and a long service life through the special dynamic Blickle riveting.
The wheel of the TPA series features a tread made of high-quality, thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A and is oil-containing and non-marking. The wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene is colored black. These casters offer very high chemical resistance to many aggressive substances and are temperature resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
Other technical details include a wheel diameter of 125 mm, a total height of 150 mm, an offset of 40 mm, and a weight of 800 g. The casters are conductive and have a mounting via a back hole with a diameter of 13 mm. The load capacity when moving is reduced to 80 kg.
