The Hakko FX-971 (100 W) and FX-972 (200 W) soldering stations offer ergonomic design, extremely fast response times, and powerful active soldering tips. With auto-sleep, shut-off function, and N₂ support, they are energy-efficient and durable—ideal for repairs of fine to heavy solder joints.

Auto-sleep function - automatic shutdown

The built-in sensor in the soldering iron enables the use of the sleep and automatic shutdown functions without having to connect the station and the tool holder, allowing the station and tool holder to be positioned freely in the work area.

Software

By connecting the station to a PC, the set tip temperature, the temperature compensation/correction value, and the tip temperature curve during operation are recorded on the PC, thereby eliminating potential transmission errors.

Tool holder

The newly designed tool holder allows for easy and safe replacement of the tip with a device for removing the tip and a holder for inserting the tip.
