Soldering tip cleaner CLMS-B

The JBC soldering tip cleaner CLMS-B is an efficient tool for electronics manufacturing and repair, designed to optimize the soldering process through improved heat transfer of the soldering tip in just one second. This device is characterized by its easy operation via push-button and the included fiber brushes, which allow for gentle and regular cleaning.
The CLMS-B is particularly user-friendly due to its splash guard, which keeps the workbench clean, and its compact size of 95 mm length, 91 mm width, and 112 mm height. The design of the device allows for both switch and continuous operation.
In addition to its practical handling, the soldering tip cleaner is maintenance-friendly and features a reusable, wear-free solder tin collection tray and operates quietly at only 30 dB. The brushes rotate at 550 or 650 RPM, and the device operates with an output voltage of 12 V DC at 1 A.
Designed for global use, the CLMS-B supports a voltage of 100 - 240 V and is ESD-safe, with a weight of 1.45 kg.

Soldering tip cleaning JBC

The soldering tip cleaners CL8499, CLMU-A, CLMU-PB and CLMS-B from JBC are essential tools for the quick and thorough cleaning of soldering tips during the soldering process.

While the CL8499 is operated manually, the CLMU-A, CLMU-PB and CLMS-B cleaners are electronically controlled.

In the two models CLMU-A and CLMU-PB, cleaning is started automatically by sensors; in the CLMS-B, the brushes are activated either by pressing a button or can be used in continuous operation. The soldering tips on these three cleaners are cleaned in less than a second, which extends their service life. The fiber brushes on the CLMU-PB and CLMS-B make cleaning particularly gentle, while the CLMU-A is equipped with metal brushes and is therefore suitable for more intensive cleaning (ideal for heavier pollution).
