Silicone-free thermally conductive paste HTCP20S 20 ml

The silicone-free thermal paste HTCP20S from Electrolube is specifically designed for technical applications where high thermal conductivity is required without the use of silicone-based oils. With a thermal conductivity of 2.5 W/mK and a composition of various ceramic metal oxide powders, this paste provides outstanding performance. It is electrically non-conductive, which minimizes the risk of fault currents when it comes into contact with other components.
The paste is characterized by excellent anti-creep properties and is easy and economical to use. It has a wide operating temperature range from -50 °C to +130 °C and loses only minimal weight through volatilization even at high temperatures. The white color facilitates the identification of already treated parts and minimizes the risk of application errors.
