Cleanrooms are necessary for many manufacturing processes in electronics production, as even the smallest particles can lead to malfunctions or quality defects in sensitive conductor paths and microchips. Compliance with high cleanroom classes, such as ISO 5 or ISO 7, is crucial for quality, functional reliability and low failure rates. Special cleanroom products - such as clothes, gloves, cloths and tools - minimize particle emissions and meet international standards such as ISO 14644. In addition, cleanroom chairs, ionizing equipment and special packaging and cleaning agents help to maintain controlled, particle-free work areas.
