The County EVO Mod. 8301.018 is a highly advanced digital component counter with a microcomputer, specifically designed for counting taped axial, radial, and SMD components. This device enables precise counting in both directions and features an adjustable division factor from 1 to 19, supplemented by multiplication factors for the smallest components like 0402, 0201, and 01005.The total piece count is reliably captured, and upon reaching a preset number of pieces, the device emits an audible signal. Additionally, the County EVO offers a calibration test and self-diagnosis function, a memory for the last counted number of pieces, and a model variant 400.013, which is additionally equipped with a battery, connections for barcode readers, printers, or PCs, a clock, and a data logger for the last 500 counts.
This adapter for taped SMD components enhances the functionality of the counter by enabling efficient handling and precise counting, making it an indispensable tool in technical procurement.
