AD 401 adjustment device for PCB magazines

The AD 401 adjustment device from CAB is specifically designed for circuit board magazines of the 6000 and 7000 series, allowing for precise manual width adjustment via timing belt. Notably, the position of the partition wall is determined by laser, which permits an additional adjustment of the distance to the nominal circuit board width.
The device covers magazine widths from 320 to 400 mm, with extensions up to 530 mm already in planning. The width of the circuit boards can vary between 40 and 330 mm, with a planned extension up to 460 mm. The repeatability of +/- 0.2 mm and the step size of 0.1 mm ensure high precision in the adjustment.
Power supply is through 100 - 240 VAC at a frequency of 50/60 Hz and the power consumption is typically very low at less than 5 W. These technical features make the AD 401 adjustment device an efficient and precise tool in electronics manufacturing, seamlessly integrating into existing systems.
