Transport lock B for PCB magazines

The transport lock B for PCB magazines from CAB has been specifically developed for the 6000 and 7000 series and provides reliable security during transport. This lock features an automatic locking mechanism that engages due to the weight of the bolt falling into the angled guide, thus securely fixing the PCB in place. To unlock, the bolt is simply moved outward until it clicks into place.
In addition to the transport lock, the product enables reversible operation, which allows for the use with double-sided PCBs. The transport lock B is partially assembled and can be quickly and easily fully assembled by the customer. It is stackable, and the funnel-shaped guide grooves and attached positioning strips ensure precise and secure handling of the PCBs.
Thanks to the manual width adjustment via timing belt in the 700 series, the magazine can be quickly adapted to various PCB sizes, increasing flexibility in electronics manufacturing. Therefore, the transport lock B from CAB represents an efficient and secure solution for handling and transporting PCBs in modern electronics production.
