PCB magazine 6002.3 metal, assembled

The CAB circuit board magazine 6002.3, made of metal and delivered fully assembled, is specifically designed for use in automatic assembly plants. With a width of 320 mm, a height of 563 mm, and a length of 400 mm, it provides an efficient solution for handling circuit boards with a width of 10 to 250 mm and a length of up to 387 mm. Manual width adjustment is done via screw clamps, which allow for precise adjustments.
The 6000 series is characterized by a closed base plate that ensures improved protection of the circuit boards by preventing the intrusion of dust or other particles. The ball-bearing precision spindles ensure the parallelism of the web walls over the entire adjustment range, which increases the precision and stability of the magazine. The stable and torsion-resistant frame construction promises longevity and reliability in the production environment.
The electrically conductive web walls and the high temperature resistance of up to 200 °C for both the inserts and the surrounding area, make this magazine a safe choice for electronics manufacturing.

Product Family

PCB magazines series 6000

The PCB magazines series 6000 are the successors to the previous series 600. The width is adjusted manually using four screw clamps.

Features:

  • A base plate that is closed except for the guide grooves to protect the PCBs: nothing can penetrate from above or below, and greater rigidity is ensured.
  • Securing the PCBs during transport: type B transport locks are included separately with partially assembled magazines. Types A and C can also be ordered as options.
  • Adjustment to the PCB width: By loosening the four screw clamps, the partition wall can be adjusted to the desired printed circuit board width.
  • Heat resistance of polystyrene (PS) partition walls up to 60°C / 50°C (drawers/environment)
  • Heat resistance of polycarbonate (PC) partition walls up to 130°C / 80°C (drawers/environment)
  • Heat resistance of metal partition walls up to 200°C (drawers/environment)

Magazine with plastic partition walls

The 6000 series is a cost-effective option.

Adjust the PCB width manually by moving the partition wall and securing it with four screw clamps.

Metal magazine

Magazines with metal partition walls are available for high mechanical and thermal loads up to 200°Ch.

 

 

 

Reversible operation

By the vertical symmetry the magazines can be placed upside down for handling PCB equipped on both sides. The stacking knobs can be removed for this purpose.

 

Transport lock

A bolt is mounted on the front and rear of the fixed partition wall. To open, it is lifted vertically. The bolt slides to the side thanks to the slanted guide.

 

Stackable

There are four knobs at the top of the magazine used to stack the magazines in a space-saving and safe way.
