The CAB 6001.2-P printed circuit board magazine offers an innovative solution for storing and transporting printed circuit boards. With a width of 320 mm, a height of 563 mm, and a length of 355 mm, and a weight of 8.0 kg, this magazine is characterized by its robustness and adaptability. It is made from high-quality polycarbonate, which provides temperature resistance up to 130 °C for the slots and 100 °C for the surrounding environment.The capacity of the magazine can be doubled by using parallel slots, allowing up to 100 printed circuit boards per magazine to be handled. The width adjustment of the printed circuit boards is simple and precise by loosening four clamping screws, which allows for a width setting between 40 and 100 mm. The magazine is partially assembled and can be easily integrated into the existing manufacturing environment.
Additionally, the closed base plates and the funnel-shaped guide grooves ensure optimal protection and safe handling of the printed circuit boards. Type B transport locks are included separately with partially assembled magazines to further enhance safety during transport. Other types of locks are also available as an option.

PCB magazines special magazines
Upon request, low-profile PCB magazines can also be manufactured for magazine series.
The low-profile PCB magazines are suitable, for example, for use in tempering ovens. Reducing the height also prevents weight overload when handling heavy PCBs or using product carriers. Type A transport locks (for manual and automatic operation) are included separately with partially assembled magazines. Type B (for reversible operation) or Type C (for autonomous production lines) can also be ordered as options.
