Vacuum-formed insert T-232 352 x 251 x 25 mm, 12 compartments ESD
The deep-drawing insert T-232 from Licefa is optimized for the protection and structured storage of electrostatically sensitive components. With a size of 352 x 251 x 25 mm and twelve compartments, each measuring 90 x 50 x 20 mm, this insert fits perfectly into containers with dimensions of 400 x 300 mm. The inserts are made of electrically conductive plastic, which according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 enables controlled discharge of static charges, thereby minimizing the risk of damage to sensitive electronic components. The deep-drawing insert is known not only for its functionality but also for its durability, with a surface resistance of ≥ 10^4 - < 10^11 Ω and a continuous use temperature of -10 to +80 °C. The practical recessed grip makes handling easier. This product provides a reliable solution for internal transport and storage in electrostatically protected areas.
