Vacuum-formed insert T-234 548 x 349 x 16 mm, 42 compartments ESD
The deep-drawing insert T-234 from Licefa is specifically designed for use in ESD-protected areas to safely store and transport sensitive electronic components. This insert is precisely tailored for containers measuring 600x400 mm and features 42 compartments, each measuring 145x16x11 mm, ideal for the structured and protected storage of smaller components. The insert is made from electrically conductive plastic that provides a surface resistance of ≥ 10^4 - < 10^11 Ω, and complies with the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 for the dissipation of electrostatic charges. Equipped with a handle recess, it facilitates handling in daily use. The dimensions of the deep-drawing insert are 548 mm in length, 349 mm in width, and 16 mm in height, allowing for compact and efficient use of available space in corresponding containers.
The insert is also designed for continuous use at temperatures from -10 to +80 °C, making it a robust solution for various operating conditions.
