Vacuum-formed insert T-243 555 x 355 x 39 mm, 7 compartments ESD
The deep-drawing insert T-243 from Licefa is specifically designed for the safe storage and transport of electrostatically sensitive components. This insert, with dimensions of 555 mm in length, 355 mm in width, and 39 mm in height, is ideal for containers sized 600x400 mm. It features 7 compartments, each measuring 226x93x19 mm, and offers effective protection against electrostatic discharges in accordance with the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 due to its electrically conductive nature. The deep-drawing insert is made of Liastat, a material known for its conductive properties, with a surface resistance of ≥ 10^4 - < 10^11 Ω. This ensures a controlled dissipation of static charges. The insert can be used permanently at temperatures from -10 to +80 °C and is also equipped with a handle recess and reversible stacking, which simplifies handling and storage.
The product supports standard-compliant storage and internal transport within electrostatically protected areas, thereby contributing to the longevity and integrity of your electronic components.
