Vacuum-formed insert T-244 352 x 253 x 21 mm, 20 compartments ESD
The deep-drawing insert T-244 from Licefa is a high-quality, ESD-safe solution for storing and transporting sensitive electronic components. With dimensions of 352 x 253 x 21 mm and 20 specifically designed compartments, each measuring 57x52x16 mm, this insert fits perfectly into containers of size 400x300 mm.The insert is characterized by its reversible stacking capability and a practical handle recess, which simplifies handling. The material of the insert, known as Liastat, is electrically conductive and complies with the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, ensuring the safe dissipation of electrostatic charges. The surface resistance is between ≥ 10^4 and < 10^11 Ω, and the insert can be used continuously in a temperature range from -10 to +80 °C.
These features make the deep-drawing insert T-244 an ideal choice for companies that want to store and transport their electronic components safely and in compliance with standards.
