The deep-drawing insert T-244 from Licefa, measuring 355 x 253 x 20 mm, is specifically designed for use in ESD-protected areas. This insert offers 20 compartments, each measuring 57 x 46 x 15 mm, optimally designed for the storage and protection of electrostatically sensitive components. The insert is made from electrically conductive plastic, which ensures the safe discharge of electrostatic charges in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1.The surface resistance ranges between ≥ 10^4 and < 10^11 Ω, ensuring efficient conductivity. The insert is designed for continuous use at temperatures from -10 to +80 °C and fits perfectly into containers sized 400 x 300 mm. Thanks to its reversible stacking and an integrated handle recess, the insert is easy to handle and stack. These features make the deep-drawing insert T-244 an ideal solution for structured and standard-compliant storage and transportation of sensitive electronic components within electrostatically protected areas.
