Interlayer PP with 3 mm PE foam

The PP interlayer with 3 mm PE plug-in foam from EPAstore, manufactured by DPV, is a highly functional solution for the safe transport and storage of electronic components. This product is distinguished by its electrostatic volume conductivity and ESD compliance according to DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for sensitive electronic components.
The interlayer is made of extruded polypropylene and polyethylene, ensuring high abrasion resistance and additional stability due to the hollow chamber material. With a thickness of 6 mm and an area weight of 800 g/m², it provides robust protection. The dimensions of 553 mm in length and 353 mm in width are optimally matched to standard-sized containers of 600x400 mm.
The black color and the type D grip cutouts facilitate handling and removal from Euro containers. Additional versions with different gripping options are also available to meet various requirements.

These interlayers protect your products from damage during transportation. You can also achieve additional stability for your containers that are equipped with web walls with the lightweight polypropylene cavities.
