The PP honeycomb panel from EPAstore, manufactured by DPV, is specifically designed for the protection and organized transport of ESD-sensitive components. This product, made of extruded polypropylene with a honeycomb profile, measures 553 mm in length and 80 mm in height, with a material thickness of 3 mm and a grid of 10 mm. The honeycomb panel is available in black and offers effective protection against electrostatic discharge through its volume conductivity according to DIN EN 61340-5-1.
Thanks to the robust material, the honeycomb panel is characterized by high abrasion resistance and low weight. It is ideal for use with Euro containers measuring 600 x 400 mm. The panel provides 41 slots with an external web of about 11 mm, which simplifies the removal of components. Additionally, customer-specific modifications such as viewing and gripping cutouts can be made to further enhance functionality.

These extruded polypropylene partitions with a cavity profile protect your components and assemblies from uncontrolled electrostatic discharge during storage and transportation. They enable the organized and layered transport and storage of electronic components. In combination with interlayers and Euro containers, they are ideal for transporting ESD-sensitive components. Extruded polypropylene with a cavity profile impresses with its high abrasion resistance and low weight. The material is electrostatically conductive and complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.

The partitions can be fitted with any number of viewing cut-outs and recessed grips to make it easier to remove the stored components. In addition, the partition walls can be customized and printed to suit any application.
