The PP honeycomb wall from EPAstore, manufactured by DPV, is an optimal solution for the secure transport and storage of electrostatically sensitive components. With dimensions of 353 mm in length and 80 mm in height, and a grid of 15 mm, it is specifically designed for Euro containers of sizes 400x300 mm and 600x400 mm. The wall thickness is 3 mm, and the product is available in black.
Made from extruded polypropylene with a honeycomb profile, the honeycomb wall offers high abrasion resistance and low weight. The material is volume conductive and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, preventing uncontrolled electrostatic discharges. The area weight is 600 g/m².
Additional customization options such as viewing and grip cutouts allow for easy handling and removal of stored components. The honeycomb wall can also be customized and printed according to customer requirements, to meet specific needs. With a surface resistance of less than 10^6 Ω and the option for customer-specific customization, this honeycomb wall is a flexible and safe choice for the storage and transport of sensitive electronic components.
