The VARIO 300 ESD trolley frame is distinguished by its robust metal construction of galvanized steel and stainless steel, making it particularly durable and resistant. It is equipped with 15 variably insertable stainless steel brackets, arranged on a 20 mm grid pattern, allowing for flexible use. The length of the frame can be extended in 300 mm increments, enabling customization to various needs. Optional labeling rails can be added to facilitate the organization and identification of the reels.The dimensions of the trolley frame are 300 mm in length, 285 mm in width, and 175 mm in height. It can accommodate reels with diameters ranging from 180 to 380 mm and has a capacity for a total of 14 reels. The color of the frame is gray, ensuring a neutral appearance. Additionally, the trolley frame meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, which ensures protection against electrostatic discharges, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive areas.
