The ESD safety sandal ETHAN Easy from Elten offers optimal protection and comfort for industrial use. This model features a plastic toe cap and non-metallic penetration protection, making it a safe choice according to the standards EN ISO 20345 S1 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1. The microfiber upper and breathable textile lining ensure high wearing comfort, while the TPU/PU sole provides excellent cushioning properties.The sandal is available in black and in sizes 40 to 48. The outsole is oil and chemical resistant as well as antistatic, ensuring additional safety in various work environments. For further comfort, the Velcro fastener allows for quick putting on and taking off. The sandal is part of the WELLMAXX series and features a replaceable ESD PRO black insole. Additionally, orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259 are possible, facilitating customization to individual foot needs. Weighing 609 g at size 42, this safety sandal offers both protection and lightness for the entire workday.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
Reflective material
In rain, in the shade, at dusk and in the dark, people wearing dark clothing are only noticed at a distance of about 30 meters. Equipped with reflective materials, it provides additional protection through good visibility even in adverse weather and light conditions.
