The ESD safety shoe Tavixx XXFE Low in black, manufactured by Elten, combines high safety standards with the comfort of a sports shoe. This unisex model is characterized by its lightweight of under 400 grams and the breathable mesh upper, which promotes an optimal foot climate and reduces moisture. The innovative TPU/eTPU sole of the WELLMAXX series offers excellent cushioning and energy return thanks to the Infinergy^® midsole from BASF.The shoes feature a replaceable insole and are orthopedically adjustable according to DGUV 112-191, making them ideal for professional activities that involve a lot of standing or walking. A lightweight, yet sturdy carbon toe cap ensures safety without additional weight. Other features include textile penetration protection, slip resistance (SR), and compliance with class S1PS standards. Available in sizes 36 to 47, the low-cut shoe with lace-up closure offers flexibility and dynamism for the working day.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1PS
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 3 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.

DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
