CORSTAT Storage box for IC bars, open 630x195x95 mm

The IC rods storage box with dimensions 630x195x95 mm offers an optimal solution for the safe storage and transport of electrostatically sensitive components. This openly designed storage box is made of corrugated cardboard and is coated both inside and outside with an electrostatically conductive coating, which is certified according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The special Safeshield shielding provides additional protection against electrostatic discharges.
The box is recyclable and carries a warning imprint that clearly indicates handling instructions. The typical surface resistance of the box is between 10^9 and 10^10 Ohms, which qualifies it for use in ESD protection zones. The blue coloration ensures a clear visual assignment in ESD-protected work areas. The FEFCO code 0423 confirms the design and quality of the box. This storage solution combines functionality with environmental awareness and offers a reliable option for technical operations that value safety and sustainability.

The IC bar storage box made of corrugated cardboard offers a high level of electrostatic shielding against electrostatic discharges and fields thanks to the Safeshield packaging material. It is suitable for internal storage and external shipping. The storage boxes have the following common properties:
