CORTRONIC Customer-Store-Container 362x251x100 mm

The CORTRONIC Customer-Store-Container with dimensions of 362x251x100 mm is a highly functional storage and transport container, manufactured by Kolb. This container is characterized by its electrostatically conductive coating both inside and outside, making it ideal for the safe storage and transport of sensitive electronic components. The exterior is additionally equipped with a water-repellent and scratch-resistant layer, protecting the container even under harsh conditions.
The internal and external dimensions of the container are 362 x 251 x 100 mm and 389 x 278 x 107 mm, respectively. The surface resistance ranges between 10^7 and 10^8 Ohm, ensuring effective ESD protection. The container is also stackable, which further simplifies storage and transport. Another feature is the high shielding property against electrostatic discharges with a shielding of 10 nJ according to the Energy Bag Test.
The container is completely recyclable, thus contributing to environmentally friendly usage. It is available in an elegant black color and can also be used without a lid, allowing for flexible handling.

CORTRONIC Customer Store Container

Depending on the application, the CORTRONIC corrugated cardboard customer store container can also be used without a lid. The lid is available separately. The container is characterized by the following properties:

  • black, with ESD warning logo
  • Electrostatically dissipative coating and seal on the inside and outside
  • Water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating on the outside
  • Surface resistance inner/outer cover: RS = 107 - 108 Ω
  • with high shielding properties
  • electrostatic shielding <10 nJ (Energy Bag test)
  • Stackable; stacking lugs on the longitudianl side
  • recyclable
  • with ESD warning label
  • in compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1
