CORTRONIC Partition container 372 x 388 x 84 mm

The CORTRONIC Stegcontainer by Kolb offers an optimal solution for the safe and flexible storage of sensitive components. With internal dimensions of 372 x 388 x 84 mm and an external dimension of 400 x 400 x 100 mm, this container combines functionality with robustness. The electrostatically dissipative and sealed coating both inside and outside ensures efficient shielding of electrostatic discharges, with a surface resistance of Rs 10^7 - 10^8 Ohm. Moreover, the exterior coating is water-repellent and scratch-resistant, making the container particularly durable.
The product is fully recyclable and available in black, marked with an ESD warning label for better identification. It features 60 compartments of size 109 x 18 x 84 mm, which can be flexibly adjusted by 19 short dividers and 4 longitudinal dividers to enable different compartment sizes. The included lid further protects the contents from external influences. Ideal for technical buyers who value environmental protection, safety, and adaptability.

CORTRONIC Partition container

CORTRONIC corrugated cardboard containers are characterized by their robust construction and sophisticated design. By removing short or long bars, it is possible to change the compartment sizes. The basic version can thus be converted into versions A, B or C.

The containers have the following common features:

  • black
  • including lid
  • electrostatically dissipative coating and sealing on the inside and outside
  • water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating on the outside
  • interior/exterior surface resistance: RS = 107 - 108 Ohm
  • high shielding properties
  • electrostatic shielding <10 nJ (Energy Bag test)
  • recyclable
  • with ESD warning imprint
