CORproTRONIC container 372 x 388 x 84 mm

The CORproTRONIC Stegcontainer from Kolb is a highly functional storage and transport container specifically designed for the safe storage and transport of electrostatically sensitive components. With dimensions of 372 x 388 x 84 mm (internal dimensions) and a robust construction made of corrugated cardboard, this container offers an efficient solution for technical requirements in procurement and logistics.
The inner and outer coating of the container is electrostatically conductive and sealed, achieving a surface resistance of 10^7 to 10^9 ohms. Additionally, the outer shell is water-repellent and scratch-resistant coated, making the container particularly durable. With 60 compartments, which can be adjusted by removing 19 short and 4 long dividers, the interior can be flexibly configured.
The color of the container is black and it is completely recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly choice. The ESD warning print on the container also clearly indicates its protective function. As the successor to the COR-15.TSC, this container sets new standards in terms of adaptability and protection for electrostatically sensitive materials.

CORproTRONIC container

CORproTRONIC corrugated cardboard partition containers are characterized by their robust construction and well-thought-out design. The containers are equipped with dissipative short or long partitions. By removing individual partitions, it is possible to change the compartment sizes. This allows variants A, B, or C to be produced from the basic variant.

The partition containers have the following common features:

  • black
  • Lid included
  • Electrostatically conductive coating and sealing inside and outside
  • Water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating on the outside
  • Surface resistance inside/outside cover::   RS = 107 - 109 Ohm
  • High shielding properties
  • Electrostatic shielding <10 nJ (EnergyTest)
  • Recyclable
  • With ESD warning label
