CORproTRONIC partition container 562 x 355 x 329 mm

The CORproTRONIC Stegcontainer by Kolb, made from 100% recyclable corrugated cardboard, offers a robust and flexible storage solution for technical applications. With dimensions of 562 x 355 x 329 mm (inside) and 595 x 380 x 335 mm (outside), this container is ideal for the safe storage and transport of electrostatically sensitive components. It is coated and sealed on the inside and outside to be electrostatically conductive, ensuring a surface resistance of 10^7 - 10^9 Ohm.
The black, water-repellent, and scratch-resistant outer coating enhances the durability and protection of the contents. The Stegcontainers are equipped with 44 compartments, 10 longitudinal and 5 short dividers, allowing for flexible partitioning and can be removed as needed to realize different compartment sizes. Additionally, the container features an ESD warning print that draws attention to the electrostatic shielding of less than 10 nJ.
A lid is included in the delivery, and individual parts such as containers, lids, and dividers can be purchased separately upon request.

CORproTRONIC container

CORproTRONIC corrugated cardboard partition containers are characterized by their robust construction and well-thought-out design. The containers are equipped with dissipative short or long partitions. By removing individual partitions, it is possible to change the compartment sizes. This allows variants A, B, or C to be produced from the basic variant.

The partition containers have the following common features:

  • Electrostatically conductive coating and sealing inside and outside
  • Water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating on the outside
  • Surface resistance inside/outside cover::   RS = 107 - 109 Ohm
