The CORTRONIC shipping box from Kolb, specifically designed for the safe transport of electrostatically sensitive components, measures 125x107x25 mm and is manufactured according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and IEC standards. The box is internally equipped with a conductive fixing film based on PU, which eliminates the need for foam inserts, significantly reducing storage and transportation costs. The blue shipping box is fully recyclable and offers effective electrostatic shielding of 10 nJ (Energy Bag Test) with a surface resistance of 10^7 - 10^8 Ohm.This single-product packaging solution guarantees long-term safety for ESD-sensitive components and contributes to cost optimization through its sustainability and economic efficiency. The standard print includes ESD warning print, type designation, and a recycling symbol, simplifying handling and disposal. The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces, making procurement practical and efficient for technical purchasers.
