CORTRONIC® shipping box 282x228x70 mm

The CORTRONIC shipping box, manufactured by Kolb, is specially designed for the transportation of ESD-sensitive components. With internal dimensions of 282x228x70 mm and external dimensions of 288x239x80 mm, it provides optimal protection with its conductive fixing film based on PU, making additional foam inserts unnecessary. This leads to a reduction in storage and transportation costs.
The shipping box is characterized by its blue color and long-lasting color fastness. It has a surface resistance of 10^7 - 10^8 Ohm and offers high electrostatic shielding below 10 nJ, as measured by the Energy Bag Test. Additionally, it is fully recyclable and features a standard print that includes the ESD warning label, type designation, and the recycling symbol.
The minimum order quantity for this product is 10 pieces. With KORRVU technology and standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and IEC, it meets the highest safety standards for the safe storage and transportation of electrostatically sensitive components.

The shipping box is a single-product packaging and does not require a foam insert thanks to the permanently conductive PU-based fixing film. This reduces storage and transportation costs.
