The CORproTRONIC shipping box (155x70x25mm) developed by Kolb, featuring bubble foam, represents an optimized solution for shipping sensitive electronic components. It is characterized by its sturdy construction with an external length of 159 mm, a width of 76 mm, and a height of 31 mm. The internal dimensions are 155 mm in length, 70 mm in width, and 25 mm in height, offering a precise fit for various components.
The box is equipped with conductive bubble foam that not only provides physical protection but also effectively shields against electrostatic discharges. This is ensured by the surface resistance of 10^7 to 10^9 Ω and electrostatic shielding below 10 nJ (Energy Bag Test). Visually, the product impresses with a modern color scheme in black on the outside and blue on the inside, promising long-lasting color stability.

CORproTRONIC shipping box TEP

These CORproTRONIC shipping boxes are the successors to the CORTRONIC E-Prom series and are specially designed for the safe shipping of sensitive electronic components. The shipping boxes in this product family are available either without foam or with electrically conductive foam for pin insertion (6 mm PE or PU) or with napped foam (10 mm).

They have the following common features:

  • Interior color: blue
  • Exterior color: black (NEW)
  • Long-lasting color fastness
  • Surface resistance RS = 107 - 109 Ω (NEW)
  • High shielding properties
  • Electrostatic shielding <10 nJ (Energy Bag Test)
